In diesem Workshop lernst du eine Reihe von somatischen Praktiken kennen \u2013 von Sch\u00fctteln und Atem\u00fcbungen bis hin zu Summen, Klopfen und mehr \u2013, die dabei helfen, das Nervensystem zu regulieren, k\u00f6rperliche Verspannungen zu l\u00f6sen und Raum f\u00fcr die Verarbeitung von Emotionen zu schaffen. Jede Methode wird in kurzen, leicht zug\u00e4nglichen \u00dcbungen erforscht, die dir eine direkte Erfahrung davon vermitteln sollen, wie der K\u00f6rper von Anspannung zu Entspannung wechseln kann. Anstatt einen einzigen Weg vorzuschreiben, bietet dir dieser Workshop ein Instrumentarium: Du wirst verschiedene Ans\u00e4tze kennenlernen und die M\u00f6glichkeit haben, diejenigen auszuw\u00e4hlen, die f\u00fcr deine eigene Praxis am besten geeignet sind.
