Stress doesn’t just live in the mind, but it also imprints itself in the body. When our nervous system stays in overdrive, cortisol remains high, digestion and immunity weaken, and our capacity for emotional balance shrinks. Yet the body also holds the key to release. In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to a range of somatic practices – from shaking and breathwork to humming, tapping, and more – that help regulate the nervous system, ease physical tension, and create space for emotional processing. Each method will be explored in short, accessible exercises designed to give you a direct experience of how the body can shift from contraction to ease. Rather than prescribing one path, this session offers you a toolkit: you’ll leave with a felt sense of different approaches and the opportunity to choose which resonate for your own ongoing practice. Instead of pushing emotions aside, this workshop offers a way to face them with safety and care. Through release, the body can rediscover clarity, rebuild resilience, and open new space for connection.
