With many years of experience organizing large-scale community events like EURIX and xplore Berlin, I offer hands-on support for the planning and execution of scene-specific festivals, gatherings, and spaces. My experience includes coordinating teams of volunteers and staff, managing communication with presenters, developing schedules and task plans, and maintaining a consistent presence across websites and promotional platforms. I understand what it takes to bring a complex event or space to life, logistically, interpersonally, and emotionally.

I offer two core areas of support:

1. Practical consultation and implementation for your own mid- to large-scale event: tailored to the needs of your community and concept

2. Short-term substitution and temporary support for established community or event spaces: covering administrative, organizational, and, if desired, content-related tasks. This can include everything from managing day-to-day operations to maintaining ongoing classes or facilitating weekend workshops during periods of absence. I step in when you need someone experienced and reliable to hold the space while you take a break, go on leave, or shift your focus.
